I've just sent mine questioning the advice on helmets and that the new code is even more keen on cycle lanes and cycle paths despite the lack of evidence that they are safer than being in the road.
That is before we get onto the mixed message that is being sent to cyclists, ride on the pavement when there is a white line painted down it for your safety but when there is no white line you are safe on the road.
