It is the hikers who are being sanctimonious, feeling they have a god given right to use the trails, and anyone else is there as long as they do not bother the hikers.
I am saying that hikers cannot be allowed to continue feeling, that they are immune from the banning which they seek for other, and that the trails are their god given terrain, that they may share with others or not.
