Zapata beat Olivo by a knockout in round 13 to retain his belt, and then, he went to San Francisco to retain the crown once again, with a 15 round decision over Rudy Crawford.
Zapata lost a 15 round decision that night, but in 1986, after Laciar had vacated the crown, the WBA gave him a second chance, and he beat Alonzo Gonzalez to win the WBA world Flyweight championship.

In Chang's first world title try, he lost to Hilario Zapata of Panama by a decision in 15 rounds in 1982.
However, in a rematch held at Seoul, he avenged that loss and became world champion by knocking out Zapata in three rounds.

My "Tanduay Rum 5 yr old and coke" fried brain can only remember as far back as 1986 when Dodie Boy Penalosa lost to Hilario Zapata at the Araneta Coliseum for the WBA Flyweight title.
You guys are right, Dodie was the last on July of 86 at the Araneta Coliseum against Hilario Zapata.
