		In 1985, "Hillbilly Jim" was one of the most popular stars of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).
		The WWF introduced Jim over a series of weeks as a wrestling fan in the audience who eventually saved Hulk Hogan from a vicious attack.
		This association with Hogan -- the champion, and most popular wrestler in the world -- made Hillbilly Jim a household name, and a major figure in the sport.
