	Hit Me Baby One More Time - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Hit Me Baby One More Time is a 2005 reality show first aired by ITV on British television and a US version was done later for NBC; both presented by Vernon Kay.
		During each programme, five former pop stars sing their biggest hit along with a cover version of a contemporary hit.
		For the U.S. version, some critics argued that the show's objective wasn't entirely accurate since a few of the bands shown were performing without their original lineup (such as Animotion and A Flock of Seagulls), thereby seemingly reducing these performers to cover versions of themselves.

		The problems come as they try to stretch it to an hour by cycling through the performers a second time as we hear them cover (read "embarrassingly ruin") someone else's songs and by introducing a sad contest element in which the studio audience votes for their favorite performer of the evening.
		At least it would flow better and intersperse the hits all the way through, which is really the only thing the show has going for it.
