Hockey was included for the first time in the competition schedule of the 1908 Olympic games.
Hockey is a keep away game, teams try to keep the ball away from the other team and try to score a goal so you win.
In hockey you can only use the flat face or edge of the stick, but if you are goalie you can use all of the stick and you can also use every part of your body.
