| | GERMANY STUDY ABROAD IN HOF 2003 (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-12) |
 | | Importantly, for Hof Study Abroad participants, the German Rail Pass and, specifically, the German Rail Youth Pass, provides us (all under the age of 26, of course) with any 4 to 10 days unlimited train travel within 1 month on the national rail networks of Germany. |
 | | The focus of this pre-travel and on-site academic preparation is understanding Germany and specifically, the evolving role of Germany in the European Union. |
 | | It is expected that students maintain course notes and papers (short essays, exercises) on the EU and Germany in their portfolio and that they report on their progress to the Study Abroad director, beginning in January 2003. |
