*about harry potter, hogwarts, and the movie*
Hogwarts is a boarding school for young magical boys and girls.
Hogwarts was founded over a thousand years ago - the precise date is uncertain - by the four greatest wizards of the age.
The four founders built Hogwarts together, far from prying Muggle eyes, for it was an age when magic was feared by common people and witches and wizards suffered much persecution.

 HOGWARTS: A HISTORY - CLASS
The founders of Hogwarts enjoyed a decade of relative peace in regards to the school and how it was run.
However, as word of Hogwarts reached families, the school saw a sudden influx in students who were considered in Slytherin’s mind to be unworthy of the education that was being offered - anyone who was not of Pureblood decent.
His treatment of the student in his classes infuriated the other founders and it was a particularly dreary day in March 1016 when the tension and animosity flowing between the group of four would come to a head.

 HPL: The Founders of Hogwarts
Over a thousand years ago, the four greatest witches and wizards of the age shared a dream, to create a school where young people of the wizarding world could study and be trained in the magical arts they needed to become skilled, fully-trained wizards.
Each of the founders took a group of students to be in their own house and even though they had differences of opinion about who should be trained, the house system helped them all to work together.
There was a legend that Slytherin built a secret chamber somewhere in Hogwarts that only his true heir would be able to open.

The founders were arguing over what to call the school, when Godric suggested calling it Hogwarts, because Salazar had recently cursed his pig to have excess warts.
JKR didn't know where she had the name 'Hogwarts' from - she didn't realise it before one of her friends (or her sister or someone like that) came up to her and asked why she had named the school after a plant they'd seen on a plant school years before.

Hogwarts founders - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The four founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, (the magical education school which Harry Potter attends in J.K. Rowling’s fictional Harry Potter series), were named as follows: Godric Gryffindor; Helga Hufflepuff; Rowena Ravenclaw; and Salazar Slytherin.
In the novels, information about the founders largely derives from one of their relics, the The Sorting Hat, (an item that was enchanted to carry on the individual founders’ student selection practices).
This echoes Gryffindor’s contribution to the building of Hogwarts, much as some medieval statues of saints or kings are seen “holding” the churches or civic structures that were constructed in their time.

There has been some speculation that the powerful blood of each of those Founders has not been passed on from firstborn to firstborn, but instead from mother to son to daughter and so on, randomly jumping from generation to a male, and then a female the next generation.
This speculation is unproven, as we have found no descendants of the Hogwarts Four to date, and is generally only considered to be true by those who are unhappy at the fact that the great Hogwarts Blood has died out.
I've also checked the geneologies of the Hogwarts Founders, but none of them mention the name "Zabini." However, it is a little interesting to notice that by the fourth generation of children, the surnames Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin ceased to exist.
