Homsar - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
mail, see homsar with a minuscule B. Homsar, a character on Homestar Runner, is the captain of the gravy train, a friendly reminder, and the democratically elected president of the United States of America. He is also the retarded son of Homestar and Pom-Pom.
Homsar was founded in 1972 when the evil E.T. stole Homestar's E and T. The universe then split and remerged (after a very large explosion) leaving both Homestar and Homsar alive.
As a result of this universe explosion, Homsar proceeded to speak in "word salads" with sentences such as "I wouldn't count on it, Monster Man!" and the like for the rest of his terribly depressing life.

 Homsar - Homestar Runner Wiki
Homsar is perhaps the strangest and most enigmatic of all the primary residents of the Homestar Runner universe.
The Brothers Chaps later decided to keep Homsar as a main character, and they brought him back in an Easter egg in The House That Gave Sucky Treats and in Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 5.0, where he thanked Marzipan for the flowers she sent him while he was in the hospital.
Many believe that Homsar speaks in word salads (a speech disorder characteristic of schizophrenia in which grammar and sentence structure is often intact, but the words themselves have no particular meaning), but a detailed analysis of his speech patterns has shown that this is seldom the case.

 Urban Dictionary: homsar
Homsar was born through a remake of a song from the sixties.
Shunned from the town after having a weight dropped on him by Strong Bad, he often hides out in the background, but one who showes appreciation to him by holding down TAB in cartoons and clicking on the yellow area can find him.
He has only celebrated two Halloween holidays in his lifetime, and while he still thinks that a pumpakin is an eggplant with a spoon taped to it, and he only enjoys treats such as shaving creme, old candies, and especially wrenches, he chooses popular costumes such as Wimpy and Ghost Dog.

 [No title]
Yes we use it for stuff and, no, it has nothing to do with any cartoon characters (although we do find the cartoons on that site incredibly amusing).
In the case of this domain name "Homsar" is actually an acronym for "Home of my Stories and Rants." For a time there were a bunch of blogs hosted here for a bunch of people.
However, there are still some stories and rantings (mostly stories) going on in semi-secret parts of this domain (meaning, we use some subdomains to host some pages, but nothing we want to share with you too easily).
