		All new bodywork on the GL1500 almost enclosed the whole machine and the single key operation of the trunk and panniers, as well as the bodywork design on which not a single screw or bolt could be seen, showed that the Honda designers had spent a lot of time on this bike.

		In 1995 He decided that his knees and ankles weren't dependable enough to hold this giant up, so he gave it to me. At the time I was riding a 1982 Honda CX500 Custom that I purchased the same time Dad got the Aspencade.
		The bike needs a little work since it stayed in storage for over two years after my last divorce, but a little cleaning of rust in the fuel tank and rebuilding of the carbs and it will be as good as new.
