Well, after analyzing the size of the engine bays and the way the engines bolt in, we'll say that it's possible, but it won't be the drop-in replacement we've become accustomed to with the EJ Civics and the B series engines.
However, the engines mount differently in their respective bays-the D series engines used in the Civics on the driver's side, the K on the passenger side.
