Honker Muddlefoot is a fictional character in the television series Darkwing Duck.
Honker is the shy but brainy younger son of Herb and Binkie Muddlefoot, the gregarious and befuddled neighbors of Drake and Gosalyn Mallard.
His older brother, Tank, is a bully, and evidence that Honker's intellect is probably not genetic.

Given the nature of the story, and the fact that Negaduck had been revealed as hailing from a parallel dimension shortly after this episode, this episode is more than likely a tongue in cheek parody not meant to be taken seriously.
