		Hoothoot is pretty much the Pidgey for people who are sick of Pidgey, much like Sentret was the Rattata for people who were sick of Rattata back when Gold and Silver were first released.
		It's just too bad Hoothoot's evolved form Noctowl is, to put it bluntly, not very good; I happen to think the thing looks rather cool and would probably use it were it not for the fact that it learns NO decent moves.
		Hoothoot's Defense is atrocious; this fact coupled with that glaring weakness to the physical Rock type translates into a OHKO just waiting to happen.
