McIntosh was sentenced to 365 days in the Eaton County Jail with credit for 2 days, $2000 in fines, $2000 in costs, $60 to the Crime Victims Rights Fund, three years probation, register as a sex offender, and no contact with the victims or victim's family.
Eaton County Sheriff Patrick Hutting said that from a law enforcement perspective Eagen is a pleasure to work with and we are very glad to have him as the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
