To restore your celluloid razor, I'd recommend CA glue if the fit is very good and Epoxy if you don't anticipate a perfect fit after the cure.
I like the Devcon 15 minute epoxy a lot but use CA glue for a lot of different restoration applications because it's clear, strong, can be given an instant cure and requires no clamping.
I've found CA glue to be invaluable for repairing cracked horn handles.

I've owned several models of Kramer horsehide holsters over the years and they've all served me well.
Four Kramer holsters, all horsehide construction and I would buy another in a heart beat if I needed another holster.
I got these about 1995 or 96 and the holster is in the same basic condition as when I received it (barring normal wear marks, etc.) and the belt I've literally worn every single day since.

After dunking it in hot beeswax and neatsfoot oil, I polished it with a rag and applied a coat of Kiwi neutral shoe polish.
If I was going to use the Diamond-G method, I'd look for a water-proof white glue, not Elmers.

If you must clamp something as small and fragile as a radio cabinet -especially I might add, if the corners are held together with a tongue and groove slot- the smaller 'rod' clamps (they look like all-thread w/small plastic clamps) work well and are gentle.
