My husband mentioned that he was hungry for tater tot hotdish and since it had been quite awhile since I had made it, I thought I'd look it up online and found myself here.
Good to know there's other people out there who can appreciate it when my mom sends me a hotdish recipe and the big "twist" is you can add the water from the canned vegetables to the canned cream condensed soups to mix up the flavors.

My father and grandparents (omnivores) love to eat this 'hotdish' with vegan bread and butter and tons of fl pepper.
