William Hotham, 1st Baron Hotham @ FbgArt.com (Fbg Art)   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-01)
He was the son of Sir Beaumont Hotham (died 1771), a lineal descendant of the above Sir John Hotham, and was educated at Westminster School and at the Royal Naval Academy, Portsmouth.
In 1782 Commodore Hotham was with Richard Howe at the relief of Gibraltar, and at the time of the Spanish armament of 1790 he flew his flag as Rear Admiral of the Red.
Hotham lacked the fiery energy and genius of a Nelson or a Jervis, but in subordinate positions he was a brave and capable officer.

Best Waterfalls of the Northwest | Waterfalls of the Pacific Northwest
Harmony Falls has many small unique characteristics which add up to one great package.
Heading in Friel Lake, a large lake perched 1400 feet above the ocean on a strangely shaped peninsula, Friel Creek plunges down the side of the fjord almost directly into the waters of Hotham Sound.
Because the base of the falls is at sea level, the falls can easily be seen at any time of year by those with access to a boat.
