ERIC supports the Department of Labor's recommendation that future National Summits be held by the end of the first calendar quarter in 2002, 2006, and 2010 to allow new administrations adequate time to prepare.
ERIC strongly opposes the portion of this provision as it appeared in the House bill that defined "applicable recovery amount" as any amount paid more than 30 days after written receipt of a violation from the Department of Labor.
ERIC supports this provision as it appeared in the House bill to the extent it would have allowed the suspension of benefit notice to be included in the plan's SPD except regarding individuals who resume work with a former employer.

The last king was Eric XI, the Lame and the Stutterer, who died 1250, apparently without children (though some later legends of some German families have attributed one or two daughters to him).
