My brother is a very good cook and he said something about injecting a ham, that he saw something a year or two ago about a pralines injection for ham, that sounded good to him.

We have had a family recipe for scalloped oysters that has been handed down for years but while I was looking it up on the web, it shows it to be a southern thing, from like Louisiana.
