Relatives and close friends of Hristo Fotev (1934-2002) will gather on March 25 to commemorate postmortem the 70th anniversary of the poet.
Among the people invited to the press club of BTA are the celebrities like Valeri Petrov, Ljubomir Levchev, Anton Donchev and Ivailo Petrov, They will share their memories about the poet and then read his poetry.
Hristo Fotev, who was born in Istanbul, is the author of the most tender lyrics in Bulgarian literature.

The famous Bulgarian poet Hristo Fotev was born on 25 March 1934, and spent most of his life in Burgas, a city anchored on Black Sea coast of South-Eastern Bulgaria.
On 25 March 2006, an Golden Liturgy for Hristo Fotev was processed in Varna, by his friends.
“Hristo Fotev was one of the world's great poets, and great men.”, Professor John Heuser, member of the American Association of Art and Science, said recently.
