In fact defending the line out seemed to be a problem for Huddersfield in the first half as 10 minutes later faced with another 5metre Sandal lineout, the ball was thrown long for their flanker to score unchallenged.
Huddersfield did not let up with the pressure and once again just before half time, the ball was quickly moved from one side of the field to the other where this time winger Harry Rosser battled over the try line, once again Brook hit the upright with his conversion attempt.
Huddersfield appeared to have the game in the bag at this stage and that may have contributed to another lapse in concentration that let the home side once again score almost unopposed for a converted try.

Huddersfield bounced back in the 22nd minute when enjoying a rare spell of possession in The TASC half, with their diminutive hooker, who was a constant thorn in TASC's side throughout, going in from close range for the first of his two tries.
Huddersfield then, against the run of play, took the lead six minutes from half-time as their loose-forward spotted a rare gap in the TASC defensive line 35 yards out, who the passed inside to his supporting hooker for a well-taken second try under the sticks.
However this wasn't to last as Huddersfield virtually killed the game off ten minutes into the second half, when a stray pass close to the Huddersfield line was gladly intercepted by their right-centre, who sprinted 90 meters for the try.
