Drax' scientists had developed a biological weapon that would be deployed from space, to wipe out human civalization, while the master race was living on the space station.
In turn, Drax hoped that his people would return to earth and initiate the ultimate race, that would be loyal only to him and supposedly live in harmony.
Drax' home was located in California oposite his space shuttle manufacturing plant, in 18th Century styling his home was imported directly from France and reconstructed.
