Human Torch, should be his own character, there might be a way to construct the story without even mentioning the FF, that would be a cool movie.
They could have a spin off and title it THE HUMAN TORCH, and base it off of an older TORCH, some know this- but Torch was originally a MARVEL character that was drafted into the FF.
