Hutomo was involved in a series of deadly bombings in Jakarta during the year he spent as a fugitive, attempting to avoid an 18-month jail sentence.
Hutomo has already been cleared of the original charge that triggered his flight -- cheating the government out of $11 million in a land deal -- when the Supreme Court last month overturned his conviction.
