		While iChat AV does a great job popping up an initial message to let you know someone is trying to chat with you, once you switch to another app there is no feedback to allow you to see that the person you are chatting with has sent a follow up message.

		Regarding iChat AV, I thought your readers might want to know that you need to open a couple of port ranges on your broadband router's firewall, or else iChat AV won't work.
		I imagine iChat A/V is using H.263 or mp4 compression or some variant, but the G3 400 should be capable of at least doing that in real-time at 320x240 with a DV camera, so...
