	AUTHORIZATION OF IMMIGRATION EMERGENCY FUND REIMBURSEMENTS
		The IEF is a "no year fund" -- that is, Congress did not limit the appropriations it made to the IEF to a specific fiscal year or set of fiscal years, nor did it establish that the authority granted by § 404(b) would expire.
		IEF funds can also be used to reimburse states and localities providing assistance to the Attorney General under certain specified conditions, or under any other circumstance determined by the Attorney General.

	WCU NEWS - WCU, TECH COMPANY TO DEVELOP DISASTER PREPAREDNESS LABORATORY
		IEF and the Science Applications International Corp. announced Monday, Sept. 18, the intent to work together to establish the Consequence Analysis Solutions Laboratory, an initiative to be known as CASTLE.
		When complete, the lab will provide IEF an analysis and simulation laboratory environment to identify and develop best practices and standards for crisis management for a wide variety of hazard and disaster situations for commercial business and government needs.
