		During the tower's construction in 2001, the World Trade Center in New York was attacked, causing the Two ifc structural engineers from Arup to review the safety of their design.

		Mobility, between firms and other IFCs, were perceived by all relevant expatriates interviewed as being the most important ingredient for their own knowledge accumulation; with respect to both specific technical expertise in financial systems, markets and/or client-relationships (practical knowledge); and the 'know-how' of applying such knowledge and expertise in different working and cultural environments.

		Sometimes I forget where I am, there is a waterfront hillside that could be Italy or Greece, the town square in Macau could be Brazil or Peru.
