INXS began with the creation of 'The Farriss Brothers' in Australia in 1977 with members: Michael Hutchence, Andrew Farriss, Jon Farriss, Tim Farriss, Kirk Pengilly, and Gary Beers.
The future of INXS as a band is currently not known or confirmed by the band, although some reports have stated that the remaining band members are looking for a new lead singer.
The coroner overseeing the death of Hutchence ruled that the cause of death was suicide by hanging.
