IPIX (IPIX:Nasdaq - commentary - research) replaced PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's independent auditor, months after it attached a going-concern clause to the camera company's financial statement.
IPIX, whose shares have swung wildly after going from under $2 to $22.16 in 20 days ending April 12, said the dismissal doesn't follow any argument.
IPIX said its audit committee approved the hiring of Armanino McKenna LLP as its independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2004.
