I believe that graffiti is an art for street gangs wh go out to paint their name to be recognized.How can it not be an art is my question anyone that puts pen to paper is making art this is just the same but paint to wall or fence or door.
Graffiti to me is and always will be a form of art.I am proud to say that I am an artist of this type of art.Through my eyes, Graffiti is very special and unique.When ever I draw,I never wonder that what I do is a bad influence in my community.For me it's the contrary.
Graffiti is most definately art in my opinion i mean writers put there life on the line by tryin to get up i mean some people would wrather call the police and have them chase you than to realize your passion for what you do.

He loved Vulcans work from New York and he was especially obssesed with Michael Basquate and Keith Harring- I mean no disrespect to them, but their fame as real graffiti artists I don't agree with, since they did not do graffiti art in the hip-hop sense-with wildstyles or graff oriented charachters.
Once again, put simply, they were not graffiti artists!
Not all writers are genuine ghetto-spawned artists-many have these goals of commercial success wanting to use graffiti as a launch point.
