  Reviews- The Campanile
The tunes on iMEGAPHONE are catchy and varied, kind of like a harsh Tori Amos with a little less whimsy and a lot more force.
iMEGAPHONE is quite a departure from the presentation Heap is using on her U.S. tour.
On iMEGAPHONE she has successfully fused a multitude of genres with strong lyrics to create an album that truly showcases her talents as a singer, songwriter, and musician.

Frou Frou - Pandora Internet Radio
The British duo had been collaborating for years without a record deal, and after what must have been countless hours matching Sigsworth's studio finesse and trickery with Heap's breathy yodel, the group's debut, Details, was completed for American release on MCA Records in 2002.
Heap and Sigsworth first worked together on "Getting Scared" from Heap's 1998 solo record iMEGAPHONE.
After completing the promotion for that splendid debut, Heap was ready to begin work on a new project and the two hooked up again as Sigsworth had privately been compiling music specifically for Heap while producing other projects.

Frou Frou - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Heap is the primary vocalist for the group, with both members writing, producing and playing instruments on the tracks.
In 1998, Heap was introduced to Sigsworth to help produce her debut album, iMegaphone, which was released on now-defunct Almo Records.
Their first collaborative effort was on the album track, and first single, "Getting Scared."

 YouthQuake magazine - Frou Frou
The striking, flame-haired, 6-footer blazed through a 20-minute set between Eric Clapton and The Who, and her course was set.
The two Frous’ paths crossed after Guy heard the potential in Immi's demo tape, and their first collaboration was with Guy’s band, Acacia, in 1997, Immi again on vocals.
Reviews of “iMEGAPHONE” usually compared Immi’s vocals to other singers of the day, and the lack of these comparisons in most reviews of “Details” is evidence, if not proof, that her voice has found a place of its own.
