		Over 4,000 drivers were caught exceeding speed limits on European Route 85 in Ialomita County the last two days, after the installation of the Integrated System for Speed Monitoring and Traffic Management, according to the Regional Center for Traffic Safety (IRSA).
		The system consists in the installation of two fixed surveillance video cameras on the E85 route and other four mobile cameras and is part of a project conducted by IRSA and the police.
		The project was conducted on E85 in Ialomita County, because that statistics show that is where most traffic accidents happen in Romania.

		After tests showed the poultry were positive for the H5 virus, the infected birds were destroyed and the village of Albesti was disinfected, said Gabriel Predoi, head of the national authority of veterinary health, according to the Mediafax news agency.
		It was the third incident of bird flu discovered this week in the department of Ialomita, following outbreaks in the villages of Stelnica and Traian.
