		Trey has a few different guitars on is yes the Universe 7-string, he also has a gibson style flying V and a B.C. Rich Ironbird.
		Of course Trey and Erik have a style that is highly recognizable listen to the record you idiot, if you can't tell than you don't listen to Morbid Angel enough, or Hate Eternal either.

		It's very tight (unlike Ibanez Universe which is muddy) and has amazing tone/sustain.

		I us a ibanez universe 7 string and a ibanez RG 450dx(with EMG pickups) runing though a digitech rack into 1 peavey 5150.
		This is a switchless wah meaning that when you put your foot on it it on, and when u take it off, it's off.
		Go blaze your OWN path.My one quibble is that the low frequencies are a tad weak, but if u are soloing, it's the mids and upper mids that give you your tone anyway.

	BC Rich 7 string VS Ibanez 7 string Universe
		BC Rich was probably the first company to offer a heel-less smooth neck joint back in the early 70’s, yes Gibson offered an almost heel-less one on their 1961 and 62 SG but that went away.
		BC Rich has shut down their USA factory completely, There is a lot of talk about a new location in Cincinnatti.
		Again I feel that the BC Rich method of inlaying their logo on the headstock is by far the most classy looking.
