IBARRA: The first of the major tasks was we had to deal with 74 different configurations and we developed two generic configurations, one for a pressurized water reactor and then one for an ordinary water reactor.
IBARRA: Now, a lot of the events and times, we were not able to extract sufficient information to do plots but we were able to extract some level decreases here from some of the events and we feel the most significant of the events.
IBARRA: The followup to our assessment and what we're going to be doing, we do plan to put an information notice out to the industry to let them know what the findings were from our assessment that is ongoing right now.

Ibarra: Sure, my ethnicity is very important to me. Ethnicity doesn't make you more this or less that...you can't hide who you are because it is going to come out naturally in the music...All different aspects of people and life and cultures come out because that's there, that's the truth.

Ibarra was fresh off perhaps his greatest season, in which he captured the Pro Import National Championship in both NIRA and IDRC competition, and also set the NIRA Pro Import speed record at 172.27mph.
Ibarra did well in Dallas with the outgunned R100, whose engine, a 1.3-liter 13B REW, and more importantly, its fuel injection and turbocharger, as well as the transmission and rear end, are set up identical to the RX-7.
Ibarra knows that the road ahead is tough, that the tough Puerto Rican Mazda machines of the lightweight Rafaelito and three-rotor entry of Siguel will be on the tour the last three events.
