It's that time of the year again, as the temperatures drop and the lakes begin to freeze, most lock their race cars up for the winter, while others do just the opposite.
If you come too the club I am a member of, CNYIRA (Cental New York Ice Racing Association) or the other major club of New york, AMEC (Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club), there is a class from anybody, cars range from daily driven street cars to full blown rally cars and anything in between.
A 1 year membership fee is about $40 and you can get a full day of racing in the open class for about $20.
