		Utsusemi: Ni supposedly has 1.5 seconds casting time, Utsusemi: Ichi always takes 4 seconds to cast however, no matter what level your Ninjitsu skill level is. The Ni versions all cast faster, I believe.
		I'm a 62 ninja and yes utsusemi ichi is slower than utsusemi ni.
		If it doesn't i move around so it cancels the cast and I usually always have a smn in the pt at 62 to have stoneskin.
