Idrissa Seck (born August 9, 1959) was the Prime Minister of Senegal from November 4, 2002 until April 21, 2004, when he was dismissed by President Abdoulaye Wade.
He was the President's campaign manager, second in command in the Senegalese Democratic Party, and mayor of Thiès, his home town.
President Wade feels that Seck betrayed him, and he is currently in prison awaiting trial for alleged corruption in connection with construction projects in Thiès.
