| | SPIRITUAL IGNORANCE |
 | | The dense forest of ignorance has many anthills occupied by poisonous snakes in the form of cravings for sense pleasures, many hidden holes and traps known as death, and many forest-fires of repeated pain and suffering. |
 | | In this forest of ignorance roam thieves known as lust, greed, anger, pride, attachment, enviousness, violence, stubborn mindedness; with the most deadly enemy called false ego. |
 | | Once the ignorance is dispelled, or once the mind is purified of egoism and illumined with the Spiritual Wisdom, its all misapprehensions end. |
