	Ikarus Bus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Ikarus is an industrial corporation based in Budapest, Hungary.
		Its bus division has built buses for the European market, but some of their products have been sold or co-produced in North America (Orion Bus Industries of Canada and Crown Coaches of the United States).
		Ikarus established NABI as its North American unit, but this company has since been spun off and now in direct competition with its former parent.

		The Ikarus passenger bus was hijacked near the city of Nevinnomyssk in southern Russia at about 7 am.

		There is no set amount of time that a bus lasts, some will get a second rebuild to extend their lifespan (like the Newlooks or the '89 Classics now) whereas some are just retired after one rebuild (like the '84-'87 GM's now), it just depends on what the fleet requirements are.
		Bus #9116 has had it for at least 2 years now(maybe longer), whereas the others I am not sure of.
		I didn't ask if the bus is retired or not, but my guess is they will re-build it, because if you look at 9235, they re-built that bus.
