		In Ikot Mbong and Iwukem, the thing has been completed but we are trying to put the machinery in place to enable us run it effectively because we have to provide diesel where NEPA is not available.
		Apart from Uyo capital city, we don't have good and sufficient power supply in those suburbs and we cannot economically run those suburbs on diesel because it is expensive.
