		Image's success has significantly changed the position of creators in the comic book industry, but infighting between its partners and their lack of business experience have contributed to sometimes-volatile fortunes for the company.
		Image partners who did not take this approach assumed a neutral position on it, in keeping with the requirement that none of them had any say in how the others' studios were run.
		Image had established itself as a strong competitor in the comic book industry, although critical reactions were often still less than enthusiastic.
