These are very cool guys who understand the mythology of Imajica in the greater detail.
With the aid of an omnisexual shapeshifting friend Pie 'oh' Pah, Gentle begins a trek through the Imajica, ultimately reaching the domain of his Father, Hapexamendios, in the First Dominion.
Five dominions to be reconciled, magic, warriors, creatures, religion, etc. The more we thought about it, the more it seemed that the other big CCG at the time had actually “borrowed heavily” from Clive’s work.

Imajica is many things: an epic novel of vast panoramas and intimate, obsessive passions, embracing ghosts and reflections as well as the human and the divine.
Most obviously 'Imajica' can be read as a mythological battle and reconcilliation of the sexes, with the Godesses of the Imajica having been ousted by the male God 'The Unbeheld'.
The Unbeheld God of the Imajica - despite being a fantastic creation, is also sadly lacking in terms of any motivation when we finally meet him at the novel's finale, with no real reason given as to why he wants to destroy (other than being male of course).

Imajica - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Imajica is a fantasy novel by British author Clive Barker.
The book's protagonist, a man called John Furie Zacharias (or Gentle), can be seen as a Christ figure, albeit a much different sort of man than the Christ worshiped in Christianity.
The inspiration and many of the ideas for Imajica came to Clive Barker in dreams, and so inspired, he worked at an intense pace to complete the novel.

 Imajica
The Imajica: five Dominions, four bound together--reconciled with one another--and one, the Earth, forever cut off from her brothers, her inhabitants living in ignorance on the edge of a sea of possibilities, an ocean of mystery and magic.
Only very few know of the Imajica, and of those, many are frightened.

The densely woven story here opens with a jealous man venturing into London's dankest slum to hire an assassin to kill his estranged wife, Judith; the assassin turns out to be a ``mystif,'' a fabulous creature from the Second Dominion, capable of appearing as the erotic ideal of any who behold it.
It's not that Imajica is not masterfully written, it's not that Clive is not inventive, it's just too long and too weird in places and dragging in others.
Although Imajica is a tome of a novel, the story itself is as good as almost any I have ever read.

I've started on Imajica, which I'm declaring to be "neat so far," with just enough of a hint of how the world is constructed to keep me going.
Okay, so the Imajica is a circle, and Nisi Nirvana is through a door under the first dominion that leads into the circle - which is where all the dead are supposed to go, and they finally stop being wandering ghosts when that door is opened.
I mean hell, when they complete the circle of the Imajica, the openings into the First and the Fourth are mentioned as both being in London, just a few miles apart.
