Set up your feet like you would for an ollie, but then move your front foot slightly to the toe side of your board so the ball of your foot is about three-quarters of the way to the edge.
Tips: This trick is harder to learn than a kickflip and takes more effort to flip, but is just as cool.
Many people find it easier to get over obstacles by turning their bodies 90 degrees on the way up (so your hips face the direction you travel), and then bringing the board back into its original position on the way down.

I'm not sure if it helps to know 180s beforehand, but anyway this trick is not too hard so it doesn't matter.
As with all tricks, don't try it off a 7 stair gap first.
For this trick, you will need to be able to do kickflips and half-cabs comfortably.
