So we went through the whole Indian Motorcycle Company years in Gilroy.
With the close of Indian in Sept. of '03 we knew we would have to change direction.

In their words, it was "too good of a deal for the Indians." They also claim that the TFA "conflicts with certain laws in Canada protecting the rights of native tribes in Canada." These "Canadian laws" do not, in fact, exist.
