Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - Movie Review
'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade' may not be the very best chapter in the Indy trilogy, but it's arguably the most fun.
All in all, this is a fitting end to the Indiana Jones chronicles, and after watching all three movies in their new DVD box-set form it's difficult to see how the planned fourth instalment could possibly add or achieve anything more (other than perhaps further lining the pockets of Messrs Spielberg, Lucas and Ford).

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (John Williams) - scorereviews.com soundtrack review
The Last Crusade is perhaps the most easily enjoyable of John Williams's three Indiana Jones scores.
They are perhaps some of the most playful and melodic scores in the composer's career, and The Last Crusade, written in 1989, certainly belongs to this group.
The Last Crusade is one of Williams' most entertaining scores.

You would assume that, since this is an Indiana Jones game, the classic Raiders of the Lost Ark theme music would be used full force in those few parts where they do use musical accompaniment.
In place of the film's music is some horrible "cultural" music (it's supposed to sound like music native to the particular region but sounds like it was made by someone who has not even been within a 1,000 miles of the specific area).
A whole laundry list of in-jokes have been added to scenes that were cut from the movie, as well as Indiana Jones's personality changing to that of a chipper Englishman (one sees this in such lines as "I'll be back in a jiffy" and "Don't be a twit").
