Indigenous peoples who maintain, or seek to maintain, traditional ways of life are found from the high Arctic north to the southern extremities of Tierra del Fuego.

Yes there are indigenous peoples in Europe who aren't christian (70% Albanians for example) but like I said before they are not considered white or even Europeans by the christians of the Balkans.
This is the reason for the distinction between Europe and non-Europeans.
