To reach their full destructive potential, an Infested Terran must be commanded to target a specific unit or structure, but they can also be commanded to target an area within the proximity of several units or structures.
Infested Terrans have no anti-air attack capability and therefore require either a diversion to be successful or an escort of some sort to provide protection during their attack runs.

After you infest a Terran Command Center, you can produce these zombie-like kamikaze soilders.
An Infested Terran is an impressive weapon, but it's hard to get.
To infest a Command Center, you must first damage it into the "red zone." Then you must hurry to get a Queen to infest it before it explodes (remember, Terran units pushed into the red zone deteriorate until they explode).

well, I think infested terrans have more HP than dt's do damage, but if they dont you can actually tell an infested terran to attack somewhere and it will explode wherever you told it to attack when it gets there.
Yep thats right, many people dont know that IF YOU TELL AN INFESTED TERRAN TO ATACK TO THE GROUND THIS WILL explode in the exact spot you told him to atack...
And to get around that, use patrol to make it choose targets and blow up on them.
