Inishcrone, and usually spelt Enniscrone, (Irish: Inis Crabhann) is a large coastal village in County Sligo, Ireland.
There is a beach, a tourist campsite, and a golf course, all of which attract a large number of visitors.
A search restricted to the website of Sligo County Council finds 343 for 'Enniscrone', and only one entry for each of the other terms.

The book “Inishcrone and O’Dubhda Country” by native Conor P. MacHale, a graduate of U.C.D., was officially launched by Terry Reilly, Editor of The Western People, the newspaper of the area which is celebrating 120 years of presenting news and events of the North West to the people.
Inishcrone now has the benefit of this book, although the author said he had material for another two books on the area.
It is interesting to note that the picture on the front cover, which depicts an old I.R.A. parade passing Hopkins pub in 1953 was taken by the author’s late father who was the local chemist and amateur photographer for forty years.

Alternatively, this could be driven, but be aware that the road to Kilcummin is in very poor condition.

When I herd that i ran and got myself a copy, what a book, i was not expecting the in-depth detail and the wide coverage of information and story's.
His interest in the O'Dubhda and local history of Inishcrone was awakened in 1971 by the publication of his mother's book "Stories from O'Dowda's Country".
