Let me start off by saying that Innoventions is worst when you consider the kind of show it replaced and when you consider the kinds of shows they had dreamed up as alternatives.
Innoventions fares much better when viewed as a singular entity rather than within the context of the entire park.
One Innoventions CM, while hyping up the robot to me on my last trip there, went so far as to claim to be his sister (her last name is also apparently "Morrow").

The Innoventions East building is geared towards adults, as manufacturers like General Electric demonstrate the latest products available to the home of the future.
Innoventions West is a kid's dream-come-true, as companies like Sega display a world of new video games and technology.
Most of the displays in Innoventions are interactive hands-on exhibits, so it might be hard to drag the kids away from all the new games.

Innoventions has two levels - the lower level features several different areas with a variety of computer games and entertainment, and the upper level, accessible by stairs or elevator, allows you to participate in hands-on displays, games, and interactive presentations of the latest technology.
Innoventions can be a nice place to go to get away from the crowds and get into some air-conditioning.
Innoventions is open as long as the park is open, but some of the special presentations, like "Say 'Hello' to Asimo" and "Stitch's Picture Phone" have limited hours of operation.

Innoventions was conceived as an attraction that could accomplish three things for Disneyland: Get some use out of the most expensive unused building in the park, entice guests with demonstrations of new technology, and please the financial folks by paying for everything with money from the companies whose products were being touted.
It is designed in such a was that the wheels beneath the walls are always rolling down hill, so it would actually take more energy to stop them than it would to just let them go on their way.
As part of the agreement, Innoventions' host N. Vention was replaced by Tom Asimo (or possibly Thomas Imo -- details were sketchy at press time) a customized version of Honda's revolutionary robot ASIMO ("Asian Science Is More Original").

 Hidden Mickeys of Tomorrowland's Innoventions
On the outside of the Innoventions, on the entertainment section/pod, there are three "Planets" in the shape of the famous Mouse on the upper left hand side of the door.
While I was watching the demonstration for the new computers in Innoventions, I noticed that on the wall the were pictures of gears that made the head of a Mickey.
I noticed the hidden Mickey in Innoventions GM exhibit has moved from the front of the GM SSC car (with the blue wire) to the rear of the car (with a green wire).

Innoventions has some new stuff I hadn't seen before, and I realized I don't visit much.
A great display would be how high-tech devices are employed to manage and operate some of the Disney rides - for example, how the Disney coasters and their software are set up to allow for multiple cars on the track at the same time or how the randomization programs run on the Indiana Jones ride.
innoventions is worth the time it takes to see the new stuff.

Innoventions almost reminds me of the Monsanto House.
Innoventions has always reminded me of the science center her in SD at Balboa park.Im sure there are other science centers /museums that others can relate it to as well.
Innoventions to me makes more sense at EPCOT because it acts at a midway-type area for all of the exhibits in Future World.

It was fun to watch the robot talk and move around, but as everyone went on to look at the other exhibits, I stuck around to take a closer look at the robot.
In innoventions, on the second floor right at the top of the steps are the two games where you and your friends or family can play the game where you tilt the stage to get the little ball into all of the holes.
It isnít that difficult, but getting a good time is. My friends and I accomplished the feat awhile back, and when you do, the cast members ask you to hold on while they go in the back and get a logbook.
