	INTERACT
		The aim is to highlight the variation in practices across Europe during the current programming period, thus giving programme managers, as well as national ministries, the ability to better understand the opportunities available in terms of future solutions.
		The research for this report was launched in 2004 by Professor John Bachtler, Sandra Taylor and Karol Olejniczak from the European Policies Research Centre of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, having been contracted by the INTERACT Secretariat on behalf of the Austrian Federal Chancellery.
		A result of research coordinated by the INTERACT Programme Secretariat, aimed at assessing the needs of the targets groups for INTERACT Activities and Services, this study was published in 2004.
